Urban Drive Pte Ltd arranges premium transport services for Singapore residents, overseas visitors and corporate groups. We coordinate journeys through our transport partners, with Toyota Alphard and Vellfire options subject to confirmation. Book one vehicle or request several in a single enquiry.
From airport pickups to corporate events, tell us your itinerary and we will review the arrangements. Booking enquiries are welcome with at least one hour’s notice before pickup.

For both arrival services, we monitor your flight and use its actual landing time, whether early or delayed. Please provide the correct flight number. Service timing and the 75-minute waiting allowance begin when your flight lands in Singapore. All times are Singapore time (GMT+8).
Airport Arrival is for customers who do not require Meet & Greet. We monitor your flight. When your flight lands in Singapore, your assigned driver will send a welcome message to the WhatsApp number you provided, establish contact with you and guide you via WhatsApp to the appropriate pickup point within the airport complex. This service does not include meeting you outside the arrival hall.
This is a separate service from Airport Arrival. Your driver will wait outside the designated arrival exit with an electronic paging device displaying your preferred name and flight number. Enter the name you would like displayed when booking.
An early or delayed flight does not use up your waiting allowance before landing. We monitor the flight, and the 75-minute allowance starts at actual landing.
If your flight is cancelled, your paid service is not forfeited. We hold the amount paid as service credit and provide a reference number. Contact Urban Drive with that reference to use the credit within one year of the original payment date.
If we can contact you: your driver will continue waiting. Additional waiting is charged at SGD 25 for each started 15-minute block after the initial 75 minutes. For example, 1–15 additional minutes costs SGD 25; 16–30 additional minutes costs SGD 50.
If we cannot contact you: after the 75-minute waiting period, your driver will stand down. The service is considered completed and no refund applies.
In either case, the driver will take a timestamped photograph of the public flight information display as proof of service.
For Airport Arrival, Arrival Meet & Greet and Airport Departure, a surcharge of SGD 25 applies only when you are received by the driver between 11:30 pm and 6:30 am (23:30–06:30), Singapore time (GMT+8). If you are received before this period, no overnight surcharge applies even if your journey continues into these hours.
Please be ready at the agreed pickup location and time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed from your agreed pickup time. If you have not been received by the driver by the end of that grace period, the driver will stand down and the service is considered completed.
For departures, the SGD 25 overnight surcharge follows the same rule as Airport Arrival and Arrival Meet & Greet: it applies only when the driver receives you during 23:30–06:30 Singapore time (GMT+8). If you are received before this period, no overnight surcharge applies even if the journey continues into these hours.
Each additional drop-off along the route from the airport costs SGD 25. Please include additional drop-offs in your enquiry. All amounts are in SGD. Urban Drive is not GST-registered and does not charge GST. Check your quotation for the total price and applicable charges before payment.
Hourly charters have a minimum booking of two hours. Service time starts at the agreed pickup time and ends when you instruct the driver to end the service. A minimum of two hours is charged even if you end the service earlier.
Send your journey details by email through the form or via WhatsApp. We review your request, confirm the arrangements and provide a payment link through your preferred contact method. Please wait for our confirmation before treating your request as a confirmed booking.
Use one enquiry and booking form for a single vehicle or multiple Alphard/Vellfire vehicles, whether for airport transfers, city journeys, hourly charters or corporate events. Requests can be made with a minimum of one hour's advance notice. All booking dates and times are in Singapore time (GMT+8). Provide your email for email confirmation and payment links, and a WhatsApp number for driver coordination.
